FIVE GRADUATE AT THE CLSU OPEN UNIVERSITY (SY 08-09)

For the second semester SY 2008-2009, two graduated from the CLSU Open University. It was led by Dr. Elsa D. Bagioan wiht the degree Doctor of Philosophy in Development Education with her dissertation title: Using the Lapat System, of the Tingguians in Writing Instructional Modules.
